Does it work on Mac?
No. Forex Simulator requires Microsoft Windows. The only way to use it on Mac is to run it on a virtual machine.
Can I share the program with my friends?
No. It is a license for one person. It is not permitted to share your activation code with other people or to sell it to anyone.
What if my Metatrader account expires? Can I transfer the license?
Yes, you can. It won't be a problem. You can reset your activations and then move to new accounts.
How will I receive the software?
You can download the software at any time. It works in demo mode by default. You need an activation code to unlock it. You will receive the code by e-mail immediately after completing payment.
E-mail will be sent to the address entered when making payment, so please make sure to enter a valid e-mail.
If you do not receive any e-mail from us within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
What if I want a refund?
You can ask for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will return the money in a few working days. No questions will be asked.
After 14 days refunds are possible only if you face insolvable technical problems with the software.
We recommend testing the software in free demo mode before buying it to avoid random and ill-considered purchases.
Are there any monthly or yearly payments?
No. You pay only once and you can use the simulator forever. We will not charge you again.
Do I have to pay extra for data?
No. Access to historical data is already included in the price.
Can I use the simulator on two computers?
Forex Simulator is not bound to your computer (hardware), so there is no limit on the number of machines in use. The only thing that matters is the number of different Metatrader accounts in use.
Forex Simulator is bound to your Metatrader account number. One license allows you to use the program on at most two Metatrader accounts at the same time. It doesn't matter if accounts are demo or real.
